You are cordially invited to join us at the 10th annual GeoExpo, hosted jointly by the CalGeo student chapter at UCLA and the Civil & Environmental Engineering Department. The event will be held at world-class new facilities at UCLA, the Mong Learning Center and the Luskin Conference Center.
This year's GeoExpo will be a special event in honor of Professor Mladen Vucetic, who is retiring from the University in 2018. The program includes a distinguished lineup of speakers in soil dynamics and earthquake engineering, all of whom are connected to Professor Vucetic as former students, mentors, or collaborators. The event will include ample time for networking, including a cocktail hour and banquet, as well as presentation of student awards.
